Madam / Sir,
This is with reference to the Minutes / Agenda Points discussed during the Regional Sports Control Board Meeting at KV No.2, Jammu on 20.03.2013, the cluster KVs are requested to note the following issues and comply with the instructions given by the Hon'ble DC during the Meeting.
1. The Cluster level Sports Infrastructure Development Committee should be constituted to identify and get the estimates for the sports infrastructure during the year of KVS Golden Jubilee Year. The KV concerned must evaluate the scope for development of infrastructure under the heads of a. KV own funds b. grants from KVS RO Jammu and C. KVS HQ and get the estimates from the construction agency before 5th. April, 2013 and submit the same to the Cluster Incharge. The infrastructure to be developed should be completed by May, 2013 after sanction of the same from the competent authority.
2. The selections for the Regional Level competitions should be completed by April, 2013. The tentative dates for Regional Level Games and Sports is from 20th August, 2013.
