Agenda Point. The following Agenda

prepared for the same:
1. Review of previous Agenda points.
2. Golden Jubilee year of KVS and
development of Games & Sports and its Infrastructure.
3. Planning for Games & Sports for
2013-14.
4. Adventure activities as per KVS Norms.
5. Coaching Camps during 2013-14.
6. Formation of Committees:
(a) Infrastructure development.
(b) Regional co-ordination Committee.
(c) Regional purchase Committee.
(d) Selection Committee during Regional
Sports meet.
All are
requested to attend the aforesaid meeting at KV No 1 Jammu on 21-03-2013 at
10.00 A.M.
The
Principal KV No 1 Jammu is requested to make necessary arrangements for the
above meeting.
They
will be entitled for TA/DA as per KVS rules.
